Vedant Kumar 5e6e545cba [test] Re-enable accidentally disabled X86 tests 
A number of X86 tests were accidentally disabled in
https://reviews.llvm.org/D73568. This commit re-enables those tests.

```

(Note that 'x86' is not an available feature, that's what caused the
tests to be disabled.)

Ted Woodward 7683a084de Remove lit feature object-emission 
Summary: The lit feature object-emission was added because Hexagon did not support the integrated assembler, so some tests needed to be turned off with a Hexagon target. Hexagon now supports the integrated assembler, so this feature can be removed.

Wolfgang Pieb f2b6915ed4 [DWARF] Fixing a bug in DWARF v5 string offsets tables where the length encoded the contribution 
length excluding the table header. Instead it must encode the contribution length minus the length
field itself.

Wolfgang Pieb 9f23426cb0 [DWARF] Recommitting a test reverted in r323560. Moved to x86 directory with explicit triple.
