Nick Lewycky 02d5f77d26 Remove VISIBILITY_HIDDEN from class/struct found inside anonymous namespaces. 
Chris claims we should never have visibility_hidden inside any .cpp file but
that's still not true even after this commit.

Duncan Sands 4827538f82 Do not try to override non-virtual methods, especially

Chris Lattner 65c6a85cfd default count-aa to -print-all. The whole reason to use count-aa is 
to see what queries are being made by a transformation, we might as well
default to printing them.

Torok Edwin fbcc663cbf llvm_unreachable->llvm_unreachable(0), LLVM_UNREACHABLE->llvm_unreachable. 
This adds location info for all llvm_unreachable calls (which is a macro now) in
!NDEBUG builds.
In NDEBUG builds location info and the message is off (it only prints
"UREACHABLE executed").

Torok Edwin 56d0659726 assert(0) -> LLVM_UNREACHABLE. 
Make llvm_unreachable take an optional string, thus moving the cerr<< out of
line.
LLVM_UNREACHABLE is now a simple wrapper that makes the message go away for
NDEBUG builds.

Duncan Sands 68b6f50938 Integrate the readonly/readnone logic more deeply 
into alias analysis.  This meant updating the API
which now has versions of the getModRefBehavior,
doesNotAccessMemory and onlyReadsMemory methods
which take a callsite parameter.  These should be
used unless the callsite is not known, since in
general they can do a better job than the versions
that take a function.  Also, users should no longer
call the version of getModRefBehavior that takes
both a function and a callsite.  To reduce the
chance of misuse it is now protected.

Devang Patel e95c6ad802 Use 'static const char' instead of 'static const int'. 
Due to darwin gcc bug, one version of darwin linker coalesces
static const int, which defauts PassID based pass identification.

Chris Lattner 4f2cf030e8 'Pass' should now not be derived from by clients. Instead, they should derive
