Luís Ferreira 2e97236aac [Demangle] Rename OutputStream to OutputString
This patch is a refactor to implement prepend afterwards. Since this changes a lot of files and to conform with guidelines, I will separate this from the implementation of prepend. Related to the discussion in https://reviews.llvm.org/D111414 , so please read it for more context.

Tomasz Miąsko 41a6fc8438 [Demangle] Extract nonMicrosoftDemangle from llvm::demangle
Introduce a new demangling function that supports symbols using Itanium
mangling and Rust v0 mangling, and is expected in the near future to
include support for D mangling as well.

Unlike llvm::demangle, the function does not accept extra underscore
decoration. The callers generally know exactly when symbols should
include the extra decoration and so they should be responsible for
stripping it.

Functionally the only intended change is to allow demangling Rust
symbols with an extra underscore decoration through llvm::demangle,
which matches the existing behaviour for Itanium symbols.

Tomasz Miąsko c8c2b4629f [Demangle][Rust] Parse non-ASCII identifiers
Rust allows use of non-ASCII identifiers, which in Rust mangling scheme
are encoded using Punycode.

The encoding deviates from the standard by using an underscore as the
separator between ASCII part and a base-36 encoding of non-ASCII
characters (avoiding hypen-minus in the symbol name). Other than that,
the encoding follows the standard, and the decoder implemented here in
turn follows the one given in RFC 3492.

To avoid an extra intermediate memory allocation while decoding
Punycode, the interface of OutputStream is extended with an insert
method.

Tomasz Miąsko 9b1085604e [Demangle] Support Rust v0 mangling scheme in llvm::demangle
The llvm::demangle is currently used by llvm-objdump and llvm-readobj,

applications.

Tomasz Miąsko 7310403e3c [demangler] Initial support for the new Rust mangling scheme
Add a demangling support for a small subset of a new Rust mangling
scheme, with complete support planned as a follow up work.

Intergate Rust demangling into llvm-cxxfilt and use llvm-cxxfilt for
end-to-end testing. The new Rust mangling scheme uses "_R" as a prefix,
which makes it easy to disambiguate it from other mangling schemes.

The public API is modeled after __cxa_demangle / llvm::itaniumDemangle,
since potential candidates for further integration use those.

Tomasz Miąsko 1cea7ab4ba [demangler] Use standard semantics for StringView::substr
The StringView::substr now accepts a substring starting position and its
length instead of previous non-standard `from` & `to` positions.

All uses of two argument StringView::substr are in MicrosoftDemangler
and have 0 as a starting position, so no changes are necessary.

This also fixes a bug where attempting to extract a suffix with substr
(a `to` position equal to size) would return a substring without the
last character.

Fixing the issue should not introduce observable changes in the
demangler, since as currently used, a second argument to
StringView::substr is either: 1) a result of a successful call to
StringView::find and so necessarily smaller than size., or 2) in the
case of Demangler::demangleCharLiteral potentially equal to size, but
with demangler expecting more data to follow later on and failing either
way.

Chandler Carruth 57b08b0944 Update more file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license. These used slightly different spellings that
defeated my regular expressions.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

James Henderson ce5b5b486a Move demangling function from llvm-objdump to Demangle library
This allows it to be used in an upcoming llvm-readobj change.

A small change in internal behaviour of the function is to always call
the microsoftDemangle function if the string does not have an itanium
encoding prefix, rather than only if it starts with '?'. This is
harmless because the microsoftDemangle function does the same check
already.

Pavel Labath 14f3e3aa36 [Demangle] remove itaniumFindTypesInMangledName
Summary:
This (very specialized) function was added to enable an LLDB use case.
Now that a more generic interface (overriding of parser functions -
D52992) is available, and LLDB has been converted to use that (D54074),
the function is unused and can be removed.

Pavel Labath f4c1582476 Port libcxxabi r344607 into llvm
Summary:
The original commit message was:
This uses CRTP (for performance reasons) to allow a user the override
demangler functions to implement custom parsing logic. The motivation
for this is LLDB, which needs to occasionaly modify the mangled names.
One such instance is already implemented via the TypeCallback member,
but this is very specific functionality which does not help with any
other use case. Currently we have a use case for modifying the
constructor flavours, which would require adding another callback. This
    approach does not scale.

With CRTP, the user (LLDB) can override any function it needs without
any special support from the demangler library. After LLDB is ported to
use this instead of the TypeCallback mechanism, the callback can be
    removed.

The only difference here is the addition of a unit test which exercises
the CRTP mechanism to override a function in the parser.
