Craig Topper 60879a3c76 [C++11] Add 'override' keywords and remove 'virtual'. Additionally add 'final' and leave 'virtual' on some methods that are marked virtual without overriding anything and have no obvious overrides themselves. XCore edition

Robert Lytton 5da175214b XCore target: Lower FRAME_TO_ARGS_OFFSET 
This requires a knowledge of the stack size which is not known until
the frame is complete, hence the need for the XCoreFTAOElim pass
which lowers the XCoreISD::FRAME_TO_ARGS_OFFSET instrution into its
final form.
