Richard Sandiford 0755c93b0c [SystemZ] Use upper words of GR64s for codegen
This just adds the basics necessary for allocating the upper words to
virtual registers (move, load and store).  The move support is parameterised
in a way that makes it easy to handle zero extensions, but the associated
zero-extend patterns are added by a later patch.

The easiest way of testing this seemed to be add a new "h" register
constraint for high words.  I don't expect the constraint to be useful
in real inline asms, but it should work, so I didn't try to hide it
behind an option.

Richard Sandiford 28942d4ca0 Fix pattern sort in DAGISelEmitter.cpp
The old code skipped one of the sorting criteria if either pattern had
no types.  This could lead to cycles of the form X < Y, Y < Z, Z < X.

Jason Molenda de111a425c Add a new qGDBServerVersion packet so lldb can query
the name of the remote gdb-protocol server, and get
a version number from it.  This can be useful if lldb
needs to interoperate with a gdb-protocol server with
a known issue or bug.

Faisal Vali 49b4c1f0c8 Fix computation of linkage within nested lambdas.
When nested C++11 lambdas are used in NSDMI's - this patch prevents infinite recursion by computing the linkage of any nested lambda by determining the linkage of the outermost enclosing lambda (which might inherit its linkage from its parent).

[On a related note, I need this patch so as to pass tests of transformations of nested lambdas returned from member functions]

Eli Friedman 3be1a1c0b5 Fix typo correction usage of SemaAccess.cpp.
When we check access for lookup results, make sure we propagate the
result's access to the access control APIs; this can be different from
the natural access of the declaration depending on the path used by the lookup.

Andrew Kaylor ea395924d2 Adding multiple module support for MCJIT.
Tests to follow.

PIC with small code model and  EH frame handling will not work with multiple modules.  There are also some rough edges to be smoothed out for remote target support.

Eli Friedman 4a962f03be Tweak changes in r186464 to avoid a crash.
Currently, IR generation can't handle file-scope compound literals with
non-constant initializers in C++.

Fixes PR17415 (the first crash in the bug).

(We should probably change (T){1,2,3} to use the same codepath as T{1,2,3} in
C++ eventually, given that the semantics of the latter are actually defined by
the standard.)

Preston Gurd f0b6288cbf The X86FixupLEAs pass for Intel Atom must not call convertToThreeAddress
on ADD16rr opcodes, if src1 != src, since that would cause 
convertToThreeAddress to try to create a virtual register. This is not
permitted after register allocation, which is when the X86FixupLEAs pass
runs.

This patch fixes PR16785.

DumpValueObject() 2.0

This checkin restores pre-Xcode5 functionality to the "po" (expr -O) command:
- expr now has a new --description-verbosity (-v) argument, which takes either compact or full as a value (-v is the same as -vfull)
 When the full mode is on, "po" will show the extended output with type name, persistent variable name and value, as in
(lldb) expr -O -v -- foo
(id) $0 = 0x000000010010baf0 {
    1 = 2;
    2 = 3;
}

 When -v is omitted, or -vcompact is passed, the Xcode5-style output will be shown, as in
(lldb) expr -O -- foo
{
    1 = 2;
    2 = 3;
}

- for a non-ObjectiveC object, LLDB will still try to retrieve a summary and/or value to display
(lldb) po 5
5
-v also works in this mode
(lldb) expr -O -vfull -- 5
(int) $4 = 5 

On top of that, this is a major refactoring of the ValueObject printing code. The functionality is now factored into a ValueObjectPrinter class for easier maintenance in the future
DumpValueObject() was turned into an instance method ValueObject::Dump() which simply calls through to the printer code, Dump_Impl has been removed

Test case to follow
