This reverts commit ef82063207.
- It conflicts with the existing llvm::size in STLExtras, which will now
never be called.
- Calling it without llvm:: breaks C++17 compat
Underscore-uglified identifiers are used in standard library implementations to
guard against collisions with macros, and they hurt readability considerably.
(Consider `push_back(Tp_ &&__value)` vs `push_back(Tp value)`.
When we're describing an interface, the exact names of parameters are not
critical so we can drop these prefixes.
This patch adds a new PrintingPolicy flag that can applies this stripping
when recursively printing pieces of AST.
We set it in code completion/signature help, and in clangd's hover display.
All three features also do a bit of manual poking at names, so fix up those too.

This reverts commit 20176bc7dd as some
versions of GCC do not seem to handle the new code very well. They
complain about:
/tmp/ccqUQZyw.s: Assembler messages:
/tmp/ccqUQZyw.s:1151: Error: symbol `_ZNSt14_Function_base13_Base_managerIN5clangUlPKNS1_4StmtEE2_EE10_M_managerERSt9_Any_dataRKS7_St18_Manager_operation' is already defined
/tmp/ccqUQZyw.s:11963: Error: symbol `_ZNSt17_Function_handlerIFbPKN5clang4StmtEENS0_UlS3_E2_EE9_M_invokeERKSt9_Any_dataOS3_' is already defined
This seems like it is some GCC issue, but multiple buildbots (and my
local machine) are all failing because of it.
ASTContext were only passed to the StmtPrinter in some places, while it
is always available in DeclPrinter. The context is used by StmtPrinter to better
print statements in some cases, like printing constants as written.

NamedDecl::printName will print the pretty-printed name of the entity, which
is not what we want here (we should print "enum { e };" instead of "enum
(unnamed enum at input.cc:1:5) { e };").
For now only DecompositionDecl and MDGuidDecl have an overloaded printName so
this does not result in any functional change, but this change is needed since
I will be adding overloads to better handle unnamed entities in diagnostics.
Summary:
If no valid interface definition was found previously we would crash.
With this change instead we just print `<<error-type>>` in place
of the NULL interface. In the future this could be improved by
saving the invalid interface's name and using that.

This is how it should've been and brings it more in line with
std::string_view. There should be no functional change here.
This is mostly mechanical from a custom clang-tidy check, with a lot of
manual fixups. It uncovers a lot of minor inefficiencies.
This doesn't actually modify StringRef yet, I'll do that in a follow-up.
Summary:
This doesn't cover decls in diagnostics, which use NamedDecl::getNameForDiagnostic().
(That should also be fixed later I think).
This covers some cases of https://github.com/clangd/clangd/issues/76

to reflect the new license.
We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.
Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

Output generated by option -ast-print looks like C/C++ code, and it
really is for plain C. For C++ the produced output was not valid C++
code, but the differences were small. With this change the output
is fixed and can be compiled. Tests are changed so that output produced
by -ast-print is compiled again with the same flags and both outputs are
compared.
Option -ast-print is extensively used in clang tests but it itself
was tested poorly, existing tests only checked that compiler did not
crash. There are unit tests in file DeclPrinterTest.cpp, but they test
only terse output mode.

When clang is built outside of the LLVM tree (against a corresponding version),
there is no definition providing for operator<<(std::ostream &, StringRef) which
is required for the assertion routines in google-test tests. Avoid the
compilation failure by explicitly stringifying the StringRef prior to use.
