Aaron Ballman a9d68a5524 Generalize calls to ImplicitlyDefineFunction
In C++ and C2x, we would avoid calling ImplicitlyDefineFunction at all,
but in OpenCL mode we would still call the function and have it produce
an error diagnostic. Instead, we now have a helper function to
determine when implicit function definitions are allowed and we use
that to determine whether to call ImplicitlyDefineFunction so that the
behavior is more consistent across language modes.

This changes the diagnostic behavior from telling the users that an
implicit function declaration is not allowed in OpenCL to reporting use
of an unknown identifier and going through typo correction, as done in
C++ and C2x.

Feature implemented as-is is fairly expensive and hasn't been used by
libc++. A potential reimplementation is possible if libc++ become
interested in this feature again.

David Spickett 55b6a3186c [llvm][AArch64] Generate getExtensionFeatures from the list of extensions
This takes the AARCH64_ARCH_EXT_NAME in AArch64TargetParser.def and uses
it to generate all the "if bit is set add this feature name" code.

Which gives us a bunch that we were missing. I've updated testing
to include those and reordered them to match the order in the .def.

The final part of the test will catch any missing extensions if
we somehow manage to not generate an if block for them.

This has changed the order of cc1's "-target-feature" output so I've
updated some tests in clang to reflect that.

(This bug was introduced in D119721. Before that, the cache was initialized to `0` - essentially the `search_dir_begin()` iterator.)

Jan Svoboda 77924d60ef [clang][deps] Modules don't contribute to search path usage
To reduce the number of modules we build in explicit builds (which use strict context hash), we prune unused header search paths. This essentially merges parts of the dependency graph.

Determining whether a search path was used to discover a module (through implicit module maps) proved to be somewhat complicated. Initial support landed in D102923, while D113676 attempts to fix some bugs.

However, now that we don't use implicit module maps in explicit builds (since D120465), we don't need to consider such search paths as used anymore. Modules are no longer discovered through the header search mechanism, so we can drop such search paths (provided they are not needed for other reasons).

This patch removes whatever support for detecting such usage we had, since it's buggy and not required anymore.

Depends on D120465.

Aaron Ballman 86797fdb6f Add BITINT_MAXWIDTH support
Part of the _BitInt feature in C2x
(http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg14/www/docs/n2763.pdf) is a new
macro in limits.h named BITINT_MAXWIDTH that can be used to determine
the maximum width of a bit-precise integer type. This macro must expand
to a value that is at least as large as ULLONG_WIDTH.

This adds an implementation-defined macro named __BITINT_MAXWIDTH__ to
specify that value, which is used by limits.h for the standard macro.

This also limits the maximum bit width to 128 bits because backends do
not currently support all mathematical operations (such as division) on
wider types yet. This maximum is expected to be increased in the future.
