Summary:
The capture() function was removed in r306625. This should fix PGO breakages
reported by Michael Zolotukhin.

This change will ensure that these tests won't fail when a new SDK that
utilizes new compiler features is used.

This is a recommit of r300539 that was reverted in r300543 due to test failures.
The original commit message is displayed below:
The new '#pragma clang attribute' directive can be used to apply attributes to
multiple declarations. An attribute must satisfy the following conditions to
be supported by the pragma:
- It must have a subject list that's defined in the TableGen file.
- It must be documented.
- It must not be late parsed.
- It must have a GNU/C++11 spelling.

If expensive checks are enabled, safe mode of libstdc++ is enabled too.
In this mode the library uses more complex data that allow additional
checks, for instance, a container may keep list of iterators that points
to it. If a code crashes it can leave these complex library objects in
inconsistent state. It occurs in a few tests that check error recovery
if compiler crashes. These test hang in expensive check mode, as the
library tries to synchronize access to the iterators pointing to some
container, but corresponding mutex remains locked after the crash.
This fix marks these tests as unsupported if clang is built with
libstdc++ safe mode enabled.

Summary:
This patch adds -f[no-]rtlib-add-rpath, which if enabled, embeds the
arch-specific subdirectory in resource directory using -rpath (instead
of doing so only during native compilation).
This patch also re-enables test arch-specific-libdir.c which was
silently unsupported because of the REQUIRES tag 'linux'.

Summary:
This change adds an arch-specific subdirectory in <ResourceDir>/lib/<OS>
to the linker search path. This path also gets added as '-rpath' for
native compilation if a runtime is linked in as a shared object. This
allows arch-specific libraries to be installed alongside clang.

Use the new llvm_canonicalize_cmake_booleans() function to canonicalize
booleans for lit tests. Replace the duplicate ENABLE_CLANG* variables
used to hold canonicalized values with in-place canonicalization. Use
implicit logic in Python code to avoid overrelying on exact 0/1 values.

Add the build llvm_shlib_dir into LD_LIBRARY_PATH before the directory
specified as llvm_libs_dir, in order to fix stand-alone builds
attempting to use installed clang libraries.
In case of stand-alone builds llvm_libs_dir specifies the location of
installed LLVM libraries which can also contain an older version
(previous build) of clang libraries. Therefore, ensure to specify
llvm_shlib_dir (which is always the build tree path) before
the potentially-system llvm_libs_dir.

Make the -print-libgcc-file-name option print an appropriate compiler
runtime library, that is libgcc.a if gcc runtime is used
and an appropriate compiler-rt library if that runtime is used.
The main use for this is to allow linking executables built with
-nodefaultlibs (e.g. to avoid linking to the standard C++ library) to
the compiler runtime library, e.g. using:
clang++ ... -nodefaultlibs $(clang++ ... -print-libgcc-file-name)
in which case currently a program built like this linked to the gcc
runtime unconditionally. The patch fixes it to use compiler-rt libraries
instead when compiler-rt is the active runtime.

Problem found by Nico, originally committed by me in r213213. The .test
prefix wasn't actually being run. Once that was fixed the test cases had
outdated command line syntax and IR debug info format, so updated for
those issues to get them back up and running.
Thanks Nico!

The test tries to produce a large preprocessed output to the console, and checks
that we do not see any unexpected fatal errors.
The test is not enabled unless a lit parameter "--param enable_console=1" is
passed on the command line to lit.py.

- On mingw-w64, libstdc++-6.dll is used for clang.exe. The DLL might not be in Windows' system directory.
- With --enable-shared, DLLs might be in ${CMAKE_BINARY_DIR}/bin.
I understand this test confirms that appropriate name of executable can be found on %PATH%.
Therefore I added "Output\\" before each expression.
FIXME: The output directory %T is hardcoded like "Output\\ps4-ld.exe".

The asan/not_asan and ubsan/not_ubsan features weren't being set
correctly when LLVM_USE_SANITIZER is set to 'Address;Undefined'. Fix
this by doing substring instead of exact matching. Also simplify the

PrettyStackTrace now requires the ENABLE_BACKTRACES option. We need to check for that here or these tests fail llvm-lit.
