Akira Hatanaka 8ad7399f8e [MachO] Stop generating *coal* sections.
Recommit r250342: move coal-sections-powerpc.s to subdirectory for powerpc.

Some background on why we don't have to use *coal* sections anymore:
Long ago when C++ was new and "weak" had not been standardized, an attempt was
made in cctools to support C++ inlines that can be coalesced by putting them
into their own section (TEXT/textcoal_nt instead of TEXT/text).

The current macho linker supports the weak-def bit on any symbol to allow it to
be coalesced, but the compiler still puts weak-def functions/data into alternate
section names, which the linker must map back to the base section name.

This patch makes changes that are necessary to prevent the compiler from using
the "coal" sections and have it use the non-coal sections instead when the
target architecture is not powerpc:

TEXT/textcoal_nt instead use TEXT/text
TEXT/const_coal instead use TEXT/const
DATA/datacoal_nt instead use DATA/data

If the target is powerpc, we continue to use the *coal* sections since anyone
targeting powerpc is probably using an old linker that doesn't have support for
the weak-def bits.

Also, have the assembler issue a warning if it encounters a *coal* section in
the assembly file and inform the users to use the non-coal sections instead.

David Majnemer 7fddeccb8b Move the personality function from LandingPadInst to Function
The personality routine currently lives in the LandingPadInst.

This isn't desirable because:
- All LandingPadInsts in the same function must have the same
personality routine. This means that each LandingPadInst beyond the
first has an operand which produces no additional information.

- There is ongoing work to introduce EH IR constructs other than
LandingPadInst. Moving the personality routine off of any one
particular Instruction and onto the parent function seems a lot better
than have N different places a personality function can sneak onto an
  exceptional function.

Rafael Espindola ab447e436d Put jump tables in unique sections on COFF.
If a function is going in an unique section (because of -ffunction-sections
for example), putting a jump table in .rodata will keep .rodata alive and
that will keep alive any other function that also has a jump table.

Instead, put the jump table in a unique section that is associated with the
function.

Rafael Espindola a60017902c Print jump tables before exception tables.
In the case where just tables are part of the function section, this produces
more readable assembly by avoiding switching to the eh section and back
to .text.

This would also break with non unique section names, as trying to switch to
a unique section actually creates a new one.

Rafael Espindola fad3901095 Don't create multiple mergeable sections with -fdata-sections.
ELF has support for sections that can be split into fixed size or
null terminated entities.

Since these sections can be split by the linker, it is not necessary
to split them in codegen.

This reduces the combined .o size in a llvm+clang build from
202,394,570 to 173,819,098 bytes.

The time for linking clang with gold (on a VM, on a laptop) goes
from 2.250089985 to 1.383001792 seconds.

The flip side is the size of rodata in clang goes from 10,926,785
to 10,929,345 bytes.

The increase seems to be because of http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=17902.

Rafael Espindola b43d51de95 On MachO, don't put non-private constants in mergeable sections.
On MachO, putting a symbol that doesn't start with a 'L' or 'l' in one of the
__TEXT,__literal* sections prevents the linker from merging the context of the
section.

Since private GVs are the ones the get mangled to start with 'L' or 'l', we now
only put those on the __TEXT,__literal* sections.

Rafael Espindola daeafb4c2a Add back r201608, r201622, r201624 and r201625
r201608 made llvm corretly handle private globals with MachO. r201622 fixed
a bug in it and r201624 and r201625 were changes for using private linkage,
assuming that llvm would do the right thing.

They all got reverted because r201608 introduced a crash in LTO. This patch
includes a fix for that. The issue was that TargetLoweringObjectFile now has
to be initialized before we can mangle names of private globals. This is
trivially true during the normal codegen pipeline (the asm printer does it),
but LTO has to do it manually.

When outputting an object we check its section to find its name, but when

Accepting quotes is a property of an assembler, not of an object file. For

LLVM should not produce different symbols based on a guess about which assembler

Original commit message:

Stop emitting weak symbols into the "coal" sections.

The Mach-O linker has been able to support the weak-def bit on any symbol for

name.
