Revert "[FIX] Hoist accesses if AA stated they are invariant"

This reverts commit 98efa006c96ac981c00d2e386ec1102bce9f549a.

  The fix was broken since we do not use AA in the ScopDetection anymore to
  check for invariant accesses.
