[sanitizer_common] Add StackTrace::PrintTo method
This method is like StackTrace::Print but instead of printing to stderr it copies its output to a user-provided buffer. Part of https://reviews.llvm.org/D102451. Reviewed By: vitalybuka, stephan.yichao.zhao Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D102815
