PPCallbacks::MacroUndefined, change signature and add test.
Summary: The PPCallbacks::MacroUndefined callback is currently insufficient for clients that need to track the MacroDirectives. This patch adds an additional argument to PPCallbacks::MacroUndefined that is the undef MacroDirective.
