[SLP][AArch64] Add SLP vectorizer tests for XOR and AND reductions. NFC
These regression tests show missed SLP vectorization opportunities, which will be fixed in a future commit (see: https://reviews.llvm.org/D104538). Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D104708
