Add OptionGroupWatchpoint.cpp/.h (preparatory work) for hooking up watchpoint to the 'frame variable' comand.
To watch a variable for read/write, issue: frame variable -w read_write Note that '-w' option is not working yet. :-) llvm-svn: 139434
