[ASan] On Darwin record global allocator pointer and size in introspection struct.

This implements `mi_extra_init(...)` for the ASan allocator on
Darwin and uses the `__lsan::GetAllocatorGlobalRange(...)` function
to retrieve the allocator pointer and size.
