[Coverage] Clarify ownership of a MemoryBuffer in the reader (NFC)

Pass a `MemoryBuffer &` to BinaryCoverageReader::create() instead of a
`std::unique_ptr<MemoryBuffer> &`. This makes it easier to reason about
the ownership of the buffer at a glance.
