The original patch causes a lot of warnings on gcc like:
llvm-project/clang/include/clang/Basic/Diagnostic.h:1329:3: warning:
base class ‘class clang::StreamingDiagnostic’ should be explicitly
initialized in the copy constructor [-Wextra]
