Correctly determine */& usage in more cases.
This fixes llvm.org/PR15248. Before: Test::Test(int b) : a(b *b) {} for (int i = 0; i < a *a; ++i) {} After: Test::Test(int b) : a(b * b) {} for (int i = 0; i < a * a; ++i) {} llvm-svn: 175439
