[test] Switch to use -passes syntax in a bunch of test cases

Should cover most of the tests for GVN, GVNHoist, GVNSink, GlobalOpt,
GlobalSplit, InstCombine, Reassociate, SROA and TailCallElim that
had not been updated earlier.
