[-cxx-abi microsoft] Stick zero initialized symbols into the .bss section for COFF Summary: We need to do two things: - Initialize BSSSection in MCObjectFileInfo::InitCOFFMCObjectFileInfo - Teach TargetLoweringObjectFileCOFF::SelectSectionForGlobal what to do with it This fixes PR16861. MC COFF: Emit the 'b' section flag for .bss sections in GNU assembly Without this, assembling clang's disassembly would produce an object file with the IMAGE_SCN_CNT_INITIALIZED_DATA section characteristic rather than the uninitialized one. link.exe would warn when merging comdats with different flags. llvm-svn: 197529

Bring r226038 back. No change in this commit, but clang was changed to also produce trivial comdats when needed. Original message: Don't create new comdats in CodeGen. This patch stops the implicit creation of comdats during codegen. Clang now sets the comdat explicitly when it is required. With this patch clang and gcc now produce the same result in pr19848. llvm-svn: 226467
