Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'. - This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable" which is substituted. Use Sema::RequireCompleteType to check for the completeness of Objective-C classes. This has two purposes: to consistently provide "forward declaration here" notes when we hit an incomplete type, and to give LLDB a chance to complete the type.
