docs: Sketch Sphinx based docs structure. - This uses the llvm-theme developed by Michael Spencer and the base structure (front-facing index page) I use for LNT. llvm-svn: 154206

lld Documentation
=================
The lld documentation is written using the Sphinx documentation generator. It is
currently tested with Sphinx 1.1.3.
We currently use the 'nature' theme and a Beaker inspired structure.
Major refactoring: Remove Platform concept. In its place there are now Reader and Writer subclasses for each file format. Each Reader and Writer subclass defines an "options" class which controls how that Reader or Writer operates. llvm-svn: 157774
