Add writeonly IR attribute Summary: This complements the earlier addition of IntrWriteMem and IntrWriteArgMem LLVM intrinsic properties, see D18291. Also start using the attribute for memset, memcpy, and memmove intrinsics, and remove their special-casing in BasicAliasAnalysis. CHECK: Error parsing bitcode: Unknown attribute kind (63)
Deprecate a few C APIs. This deprecates: * LLVMParseBitcode * LLVMParseBitcodeInContext * LLVMGetBitcodeModuleInContext * LLVMGetBitcodeModule They are replaced with the functions with a 2 suffix which do not record a diagnostic. llvm-svn: 256065
