Revert "PR17164: Change clang's default behavior from -flax-vector-conversions=all to -flax-vector-conversions=integer." This patch broke the Sanitizer buildbots. Please see the commit's differential revision for more information (https://reviews.llvm.org/D67678). This reverts commit b72a8c65e4e34779b6bc9e466203f553f5294486.

For PR17164: split -fno-lax-vector-conversion into three different levels: -- none: no lax vector conversions [new GCC default] -- integer: only conversions between integer vectors [old GCC default] -- all: all conversions between same-size vectors [Clang default] For now, Clang still defaults to "all" mode, but per my proposal on cfe-dev (2019-04-10) the default will be changed to "integer" as soon as that doesn't break lots of testcases. (Eventually I'd like to change the default to "none" to match GCC and general sanity.) Following GCC's behavior, the driver flag -flax-vector-conversions is translated to -flax-vector-conversions=integer. This reinstates r371805, reverted in r371813, with an additional fix for lldb. llvm-svn: 371817

Update the intel intrinsic headers to use the target attribute support. This involved removing the conditional inclusion and replacing them with target attributes matching the original conditional inclusion and checks. The testcase update removes the macro checks for each file and replaces them with usage of the __target__ attribute, e.g.: int __attribute__((__target__(("sse3")))) foo(int a) { _mm_mwait(0, 0); return 4; } This usage does require the enclosing function have the requisite __target__ attribute for inlining and code generation - also for any macro intrinsic uses in the enclosing function. There's no change for existing uses of the intrinsic headers. llvm-svn: 239883
