[Driver][test] Remove unused/obsoleted REQUIRES: clang-driver It (introduced by 556d713c70bfaf58ac18d089883f9c34c581633a) appears to be related to the removed dragonegg project. In addition, the feature was a bit misnamed and may lur users to unnecessarily use it.

Fix -gz=zlib options for linker gcc translates -gz=zlib to --compress-debug-options=zlib for both assembler and linker but clang only does this for assembler. The linker needs --compress-debug-options=zlib option to compress the debug sections in the generated executable or shared library. Due to this bug, -gz=zlib has no effect on the generated executable or shared library. This patch fixes that. Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D87321

Fix bot failure after ccb4124a4172 The test case has a check line for the option on a line that includes the string lld surrounded by any characters. This causes failures when said string is in the build path. What the test case presumably means to test is the actual invocation of the LLD linker (i.e. a linker that has that string as a suffix). This patch simply removes the erroneous wildcard after the string.
