David Spencer 70ce018ac8 Multiple: Add perl-Module-Build to REQUIRES. 
Module::Build was removed from the perl-5.22 core. It is no longer
the preferred build method, but these modules still need it.
Some of these modules have newer versions available, but they still
use Module::Build.

perl-lirc-client (A client library for LIRC)

This module provides a simple interface to the Linux Infrared Remote
Control (Lirc). The module encasuplates parsing the Lirc config file
(.lircrc), openning a connection to the Lirc device, and retrieving
events from the device.
