Matteo Bernardini f1b19d905d network/deluge: Updated for version 1.3.5. 
This wants its own version of libtorrent, so added
a tarball of its subversion branch to make it happy
and avoid downloading from svn during the build

Deluge is a bittorrent client for  Linux and other Unix-Like operating
systems. Deluge was created because of the lack of a good, native, GTK based
torrent solution for Linux.
