Robby Workman 48c22f9303 various: Kill lots of python3 dep mentions 
This is far from complete.
We still need to review and tweak anything with "PYTHON" in
the README, as many/most/all of those are telling the user
how to build with python3 support. We almost surely want to
enable that by default in all of those cases.

Gunicorn 'Green Unicorn' is a Python WSGI HTTP Server for UNIX.
It's a pre-fork worker model ported from Ruby's Unicorn project.
The Gunicorn server is broadly compatible with various web
frameworks, simply implemented, light on server resource usage,
and fairly speedy.
