Squizz is a sequence/alignment format checker, but it has some

- EMBL, FASTA, GCG, GDE, GENBANK, IG, NBRF, PIR (codata), RAW, and

SWISSPROT.

- CLUSTAL, FASTA, MEGA, MSF, NEXUS, PHYLIP (interleaved / sequential)

and STOCKHOLM.
