This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

advancescan (a command line rom manager)

AdvanceSCAN is a command line rom manager for MAME, MESS, AdvanceMAME,
AdvanceMESS and Raine. The goal of advscan is to obtain a complete
and perfect rom and sample zip archive with differential merging.
