B. Watson b87e77efaa misc/html2ps: hardcode answers to the install script 
If libwww-perl happens to be installed, one of the questions is
skipped, which throws everything out of sync and makes the
installation fail.

html2ps converts HTML to PostScript.

This defaults to "letter" type paper, but you can pass some 
other value to PAPER if you'd prefer otherwise.  Paper type 
choices are: A0, A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, A9, A10,
B0, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9, B10, letter, legal, 
arche, archd, archc, archb, archa, flsa, flse, halfletter, 
11x17, ledger, other
