wavelan plugin for the Xfce panel

The wavelan plugin displays the following information about a WaveLan device:
  -  Signal state (tells if a carrier signal was detected)
  -  Signal quality (current quality of the carrier signal)
  -  Network name (current SSID of the WaveLAN network)
