TLP is a pure command line tool with automated background tasks.

It does not contain a GUI.

Notes:

|
Remove any power saving settings/scripts (e.g.: in /etc/rc.local) or

|
laptop-mode-tools prior installing or TLP may not work properly
|
|
|
|
