Robby Workman 48c22f9303 various: Kill lots of python3 dep mentions 
This is far from complete.
We still need to review and tweak anything with "PYTHON" in
the README, as many/most/all of those are telling the user
how to build with python3 support. We almost surely want to
enable that by default in all of those cases.

Bash tab completion for argparse.

Tab complete all the things!

Argcomplete provides easy, extensible command line tab completion of arguments
for your Python script.

Argcomplete is particularly useful if your program has lots of options
or subparsers, and if your program can dynamically suggest completions
for your argument/option values.

Note:
You need to run (as root) 'activate-global-python-argcomplete' script once you 
install this package.
