Robby Workman 143991a46e Entire Repo: Remove APPROVED field from .info files 
This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

SOAP::Lite is a collection of Perl modules which provides a simple
and lightweight interface to the Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP)
both on client and server side.

This requires perl-Task-Weaken, perl-Class-Inspector,
libwww-perl, perl-MIME-Lite, perl-Data-Dumper.
