Robby Workman 143991a46e Entire Repo: Remove APPROVED field from .info files 
This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

Log4c is a library of C for flexible logging to files, syslog, and 
other destinations.  It is modeled after the Log for Java library 
(http://jakarta.apache.org/log4j/), staying as close to their API as
is reasonable.
