Robby Workman 143991a46e Entire Repo: Remove APPROVED field from .info files 
This field used to make sense in our pre-git days, but
the Signed-Off-By: line serves the same purpose (and
even more) now, so APPROVED has been rejected.  ;-)

SDL_gfx Library.

SDL graphics drawing  primitives  and other support functions. The
SDL_gfx  library  evolved  out of the SDL_gfxPrimitives code which
provided basic drawing routines such as lines, circles or polygons
and SDL_rotozoom which  implemented a interpolating rotozoomer for
SDL surfaces.
