perl-Module-Build (Build and install Perl modules).

Module::Build is a system for building, testing, and installing Perl modules.

It is meant to be an alternative to ExtUtils::MakeMaker.

Optional dependencies:

perl-inc-latest (experimental, see README)
perl-Archive-Zip
