OpenCV (Open Source Computer Vision)

OpenCV is a library of programming functions mainly
aimed at real-time computer vision.

FFmpeg and Numpy are optional runtime dependencies.

*NOTE*
If compiling with FFmpeg you must use 0.8.7 or newer.
