Heinz Wiesinger d7f81dfe0c libraries/libofx: Fix building with gcc 4.7. 
This slipped through before because it only happens when libxml++
is present on the system.

LibOFX is a parser and an API designed to allow applications to very
easily support OFX command responses, usually provided by financial
institutions for statement downloads.

This optionally depends on libxml++ in order to build ofxconnect.
