Eric Anholt 43523eba79 drm/msm: Expose our reservation object when exporting a dmabuf.
Without this, polling on the dma-buf (and presumably other devices
synchronizing against our rendering) would return immediately, even
while the BO was busy.

Rob Clark 18f23049f6 drm/msm: change gem->vmap() to get/put
Before we can add vmap shrinking, we really need to know which vmap'ings
are currently being used. So switch to get/put interface. Stubbed put
fxns for now.

Daniel Thompson 77a147e742 drm/msm: Allow exported dma-bufs to be mapped
Currently msm does not implement gem_prime_mmap. Without this it is not
possible to draw onto a dma-buf from userspace (making its very hard to
implement the Android rendering model).

Fixing this is just a matter of adding a little boilerplate.
