Sascha Hauer 05fd8e73e1 clkdev: add possibility to get a clock based on the device name 
This adds clk_get_sys to get a clock without the associated struct
device.

Alex Raimondi f7ad160b49 include/linux/clk.h: fix comment 
clk_get and clk_put may not be used from within interrupt context.  Change

Russell King f8ce25476d [ARM] Move asm/hardware/clock.h to linux/clk.h 
This is needs to be visible to other architectures using the AMBA
bus and peripherals.
