Kyösti Mälkki 6876d58f2f usb: gadget: dbgp: Fix endpoint config after USB disconnect
SET_FEATURE request with DEBUG_MODE only worked the first time after module
initialisation. Per the USB 2.0 debug device specification, said request
is to be treated as if it were a SET_CONFIGURATION request, i.e. endpoint
must be re-configured.

As configure_endpoints() may now get called multiple times, move it outside
__init and move serial_alloc_tty() call into __init.

Code has assumption that endpoint mapping remains unchanged with consecutive
calls of configure_endpoints().

Alexey Khoroshilov 4958cf32f6 usb: dbgp gadget: fix use after free in dbgp_unbind()
After dbgp_bind()-dbgp_unbind() cycle happens, static variable dbgp
contains pointers to already deallocated memory (dbgp.serial and dbgp.req).
If the next dbgp_bind() fails, for example in usb_ep_alloc_request(),
dbgp_bind() calls dbgp_unbind() on failure path,
and dbgp_unbind() frees dbgp.serial that still stores a pointer
to already deallocated memory.

The patch sets pointers to NULL in dbgp_unbind().

Andrzej Pietrasiewicz 8443f2d2b7 usb: gadget: Gadget directory cleanup - group legacy gadgets
The drivers/usb/gadget directory contains many files.
Files which are related can be distributed into separate directories.
This patch moves the legacy gadgets (i.e. those not using configfs)
into a separate directory.
