Atsushi Nemoto e0dfb20c2b MIPS: TXx9: Improve handling of built-in and command-line args 
* Make prom_init_cmdline() static and be called from prom_init.
* Append built-in args if the first character was '+'.
* Drop command-line args if the first character of built-in was '-'.
* Enclose args include spaces by quotes.
* TX4938_NAND_BOOT is no longer needed.

Atsushi Nemoto edcaf1a6a7 [MIPS] TXx9: Make single kernel can support multiple boards

some SoC-specific code independent from board-specific code.

Atsushi Nemoto 22b1d707ff [MIPS] TXx9: Reorganize code 
Move arch/mips/{jmr3927,tx4927,tx4938} into arch/mips/txx9/ tree.
This will help more code sharing and maintainance.
