Lv Zheng 9c0d793945 ACPICA: Cleanup coding style to reduce differences between Linux and ACPICA.
This is a cosmetic patch only. Comparison of the resulting binary showed
only line number differences.

This patch does not affect the generation of the Linux binary.
This patch decreases 314 lines of 20121018 divergence.diff.

ACPICA core uses ()'s on return statements. This is a known and committed
differences from Linux standard coding style.

This patch cleans up the Linux side ACPICA code to use this codying style
in order to reduce the source code differences between Linux and ACPICA.

Bob Moore 68aafc3516 ACPICA: Audit/update for ACPICA return macros and debug depth counter
1) Ensure that all functions that use the various TRACE macros
   also use the appropriate ACPICA return macros.
2) Ensure that all normal return statements surround the return
   expression (value) with parens.

Bob Moore ba494beeaa ACPICA: AcpiSrc: Fix some translation issues for Linux conversion
Fixes issues like this:

i_aSL -> iASL
00-7_f -> 00-7F
local_fADT -> local_FADT
execute_oSI -> execute_OSI

Also, in function headers, the parameters are now translated to
lower case (with underscores if necessary.)

Bob Moore f7b004a17c ACPICA: Add acpi_os_physical_table_override interface
This interface allows the host to override a table via a
physical address, instead of the logical address required by
acpi_os_table_override. This simplifies the host implementation.
Initial implementation by Thomas Renninger. ACPICA implementation
creates a single function for table overrides that attempts both
a logical and a physical override.

Lin Ming aa2110cb1a ACPI: add boot option acpi=copy_dsdt to fix corrupt DSDT
Some BIOS on Toshiba machines corrupt the DSDT, so add a new
boot option acpi=copy_dsdt to workaround it.
Add warning message to ask users to use this option if corrupt DSDT detected.

Also build a DMI blacklist to check it and automatically copy DSDT.

Bob Moore 43323cb4c4 ACPICA: Update DSDT copy/detection.
Move initialization of DSDT pointer. Emit address of DSDT
in the dump of both table headers (good/bad DSDT).
Now handles the case where the root table can be reallocated,
which would invalidate the original pointer.

Lin Ming 69ec87efa8 ACPICA: Add subsystem option to force copy of DSDT to local memory
Optionally copy the entire DSDT to local memory (instead of
simply mapping it.) There are some BIOSs that corrupt or replace
the original DSDT, creating the need for this option. Default is
FALSE, do not copy the DSDT.

some machines.

Myron Stowe 386e4a8358 ACPICA: Fix table entry truncation calculation
During early boot, ACPI RSDT/XSDT table entries are gathered into the
'initial_tables[]' array. This array is currently statically defined (see
./drivers/acpi/tables.c). When there are more table entries than can be
held in the 'initial_tables[]' array, the message "Truncating N table
entries!" is output. As currently implemented, this message will always
erroneously calculate N as 0.

This patch fixes the calculation that determines how many table entries
will be missing (truncated).

This modification may be used under either the GPL or the BSD-style
license used for Intel ACPI CA code.
