Since dm9000 driver added support for a vcc regulator, platform data
based platforms have their ethernet broken, as the regulator claiming
returns -EPROBE_DEFER and prevents dm9000 loading.
This patch fixes this for all pxa boards using dm9000, by using the
specific regulator_has_full_constraints() function.
This was discovered and tested on the cm-x300 board.

Now that the only field in struct sys_timer is .init, delete the struct,
and replace the machine descriptor .timer field with the initialization
function itself.
This will enable moving timer drivers into drivers/clocksource without
having to place a public prototype of each struct sys_timer object into
include/linux; the intent is to create a single of_clocksource_init()
function that determines which timer driver to initialize by scanning
the device dtree, much like the proposed irqchip_init() at:

Platform data for device drivers should be defined in
include/linux/platform_data/*.h, not in the architecture
and platform specific directories.
This moves such data out of the pxa include directories

Replace sysdev classes and struct sys_device objects used for "core"
power management by the PXA platform code with struct syscore_ops
objects that are simpler.
This reduces the code size and the kernel memory footprint. It also
is necessary for removing sysdevs entirely from the kernel in the
future.

arch/arm/plat-pxa/include/plat/i2c.h to include/linux/i2c/pxa-i2c.h so
it can be accessed from x86 the same way as on ARM.
This change should make no functional change to the PXA code. The move
is verified by building the following defconfigs:

sed -i '/MACHINE_START/,/MACHINE_END/ { /\.\(phys_io\|io_pg_offst\)/d }'

delay_detect in HZ is confusing, convert it to be millisecond based. And
thus remove those unnecessary call to msecs_to_jiffies() at runtime for
this field. Other constants are converted assuming HZ == 100, which are
basically true for those platforms.
The assignment in csb726.c was incorrect, and is fixed in this patch as
a result.
