Krzysztof Kozlowski 2dc9215d7c power_supply: Move run-time configuration to separate structure
Add new structure 'power_supply_config' for holding run-time
initialization data like of_node, supplies and private driver data.

The power_supply_register() function is changed so all power supply
drivers need updating.

When registering the power supply this new 'power_supply_config' should be
used instead of directly initializing 'struct power_supply'. This allows
changing the ownership of power_supply structure from driver to the
power supply core in next patches.

When a driver does not use of_node or supplies then it should use NULL
as config. If driver uses of_node or supplies then it should allocate
config on stack and initialize it with proper values.

Krzysztof Kozlowski a30067bb54 power: test_power: Use enum as index for array of supplies
Replace hard-coded numbers for indices of power supply array with enum.
This improves a little the readability as one does not have to guess
which power supply is associated with number.

Andrey Gelman 9239ebcffb test_power: Fix a bug in setting module parameter values
When the kernel loads a module, module params are processed prior to
calling module_init. As a result, setting module param value should not
have side effects, at least as long as the module has not been
initialized.

John Stultz f17ef9b2da power: Make test_power driver more dynamic.
In 2008 Masashi YOKOTA <yokota@pylone.jp> created the virtual
battery driver found here:
http://downloads.pylone.jp/src/virtual_battery/virtual_battery-0.0.1.tar.bz2

It found use out of tree, but was never merged upstream.
Since then the test_power driver has been merged, which provides
very similar functionality.

This patch extends the test_power driver to be more dynamic
at runtime, by merging portions of the Virtual Battery Driver
by Masashi YOKOTA.

With this patch, I can tweak the values in:
/sys/module/test_power/parameters/* and watch the behavior of
the gnome power managment daemon or other battery UI software.
