Gustavo A. R. Silva df561f6688 treewide: Use fallthrough pseudo-keyword 
Replace the existing /* fall through */ comments and its variants with
the new pseudo-keyword macro fallthrough[1]. Also, remove unnecessary
fall-through markings when it is the case.

Jeff LaBundy 4d9cf7df8d mfd: Add support for Azoteq IQS620A/621/622/624/625
