Gerd Hoffmann 396a352980 pinctrl: bcm2835: add pull defines to dt bindings 
Also delete (unused) private enum from driver.
The pull defines can be used instead if needed.

Stefan Wahren 62c69d7635 ARM: bcm2835: dt: Add header file for pinctrl constants 
This new header file defines pincontrol constants to use
from bcm2835 DTS files for pincontrol properties option.
