Remove useless kfree() and clean up code related to the removal.

This patch replaces V4L2_OUT_CAP_CUSTOM_TIMINGS macro with
V4L2_OUT_CAP_DV_TIMINGS. As V4L2_OUT_CAP_CUSTOM_TIMINGS is being phased
out.

The remaining drivers are mostly platform drivers. Name the
dir to reflect it.
It makes sense to latter break it into a few other dirs.
